Premier Dentistry Save Your Smile Plan

Premier Dentistry is pleased to offer our patients without dental insurance a plan to help make dental treatment affordable for your entire family.  As most know, the cost of dental treatment continues to rise.  In order to help with this, we have created the Premier Dentistry Save Your Smile Plan.  This allows us to continue to offer the high quality of care to you while making it more affordable.

The annual enrollment fee for our plan is $249.  The plan is available to all family members.

Included in the plan is the following:

    - Two regular examinations per year with Dr. Casel

    - Two regular prophylaxis(cleanings) per year

    - All necessary x-rays including a full mouth series(once every 3-5 years) or bitewing x-rays once per year

    - A 10% discount applied to all treatment, with no annual limits.
